Fees & Policies

My fees are:

One free hour for evaluation and consultation.
To create a basic, 5 pages of a simple site: $300 flat fee.
To create more pages, say a portfolio with pictures, or other pages that may need photos added, we will negotiate on additional fees. (about $25 per hour for additional work.)
$25 per hour to maintain a site for one hour per month if four months are prepaid.
If updates require more time than an hour per month, then we will talk about the monthly fee. (about $25 per hour)
If additional technical work is needed that I cannot provide, you will be consulted before any work is done. In other words, additional fees for outside consultants will be pre approved by you before work is contracted out.
My personal preference is to put you on a monthly service contract, once the site is up and running, that will allow you to feel free to contact me for updates as you need. Over a four month period, we can see how many hours the updates tend to take and adjust the monthly fees accordingly.

I do not guarantee that my work will view the way you want it to in all browsers.
I reserve the right to cancel service to you for any reason.
